As their website describes, Paul's Fireplace Wood is a far cry from a couple of local guys with a pickup truck. The thriving business has nine full time employees and commercial restaurant clients like Famous Dave's Barbeque & Red Stone American Grill and the best part... they're ready to grow.

A loan from the foundation and Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union has helped the Little Falls-based business with a recent expansion that should increase sales and potentially create six new jobs. Now Paul's is better poised to serve commercial and residential customers with their ever-growing selection of fireplace, fragrant, cooking and kindling woods.
